When running review acquisition campaigns, you may need more information than our standard reporting supplies. For example, you may want to track and incentivize results within your organization by, say, tracking which employee generates the most positive customer feedback and rewarding him/her.
Our platform offers a simple and flexible tag system that allows you to attribute activity on the platform to a specific employee, campaign, etc. Simply tag a customer (an email or text campaign recipient) with one or more tags, and those tags follow the customer record in our system so that you can see whether that customer opened, clicked and responded to the campaign.
Edit tags anytime by clicking the pencil icon next in any “Tags” column. Delete existing tags by clicking the X next to your chosen tag and click “Submit”.
Note that when driving reviewers to third-party review sites like Google, Facebook, etc. we necessarily “hand-off” the customer to the third-party and cannot tag those reviews automatically.
You can manually tag reviews that appear under Dashboard > Reviews. Simply click the Pencil icon to add a tag.
