Note: For reviews, this feature requires review monitoring. For contact form submissions, it does not.
We provide a simple and flexible flagging system to allow you to identify and track reviews that require action or a response from you.
To access the flagging system for reviews, navigate to Dashboard > Reviews > All Reviews.
Contact form submissions can be found under Dashboard > Funnel > Custom Feedback.
In the Status column is a small line of text that says Set Status.
Clicking this text will reveal a pop-up where you can leave a Note and/or assign a Status. Listed below are the different statuses you can set.
Attention can be used when a review requires a response or follow-up.
Use the Responded flag when a review has received a response.
Use the Resolved flag when a response has resulted in the resolution of a customer's issue as indicated in the review.
These flags and notes don't tie into other features of the platform. This - and the simplicity of the feature - lends it a lot of flexibility, so you can use it in a manner that suits your specific business needs.
