Note: This feature is only available for email campaigns. Text campaign recipients can opt out by replying STOP to any campaign text.
While campaign recipients always have the option to unsubscribe themselves via the industry-standard unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of every campaign email, many users anticipate occasions where they may need to unsubscribe recipients themselves. This can be done quickly and easily in Dashboard > Invites > Recipients for the profile in question.
Locate the recipient using the search field near the top right of the page. You may need to switch between the active and inactive tabs to see them in the results.
When you've located the recipient, click the gray exclamation point icon in their list entry (). Important: If the icon is not gray, the recipient has already unsubscribed and no further action is necessary.
The gray icon will turn yellow () when the unsubscribe is successful. This unsubscribe is permanent (i.e. it will persist even if the recipient is re-added anew), but reversible.
Reversing an unsubscribe
Important: you are responsible for ensuring that you have the recipient's permission to resubscribe. Reverse unsubscribes at any time by simply clicking the unsubscribe icon back to gray.
