When your account administrator sends you an email invitation to set up a login, the email contains a unique link. When you click it, you will be prompted to create a password. This is a password of your choosing (make sure you make a note of it somewhere to avoid having to reset your password later).
I received a message that my "login token is invalid".
This can happen if you've been sent more than one email invitation - every new invitation invalidates the link in all previous emails. In other words, only the most recent link will work. Tokens also expire after two weeks. If you need another token, please contact your account administrator. They'll be able to send you an email invitation with a new link.
