To get started with Grade.Us, you'll need to connect your business and review sites in the system. Once you have your accounts connected, you'll be able to begin collecting and responding to reviews within the Funnel. Let's walk through each step to begin setting up your profiles.
Welcome Page (new users only)
When setting up your profile for the first time,you'll be directed to the Welcome page. If you've already set up a profile within Grade.us, you will not see this page on subsequent setups, and you'll skip straight to Step 1.
Step 1 of 3: Adding a New Business Name
You will have the option to tell us about your business with a Name and Industry, or you can Copy From Existing.

If you've used Grade.Us for several years:
You may notice we no longer ask for these technical options within the "Add a Business" flow:
- URL Shortname (this is now generated for you)
- Internal ID
However, we are not removing these options/functionality or the ability to customize them.
They will simply now exist in the funnel under the setup tab.
Step 2 of 3: Finding your Business Location
You also have options if we can't locate your business, or you have a service-area business. If your business can't be located, we will direct you to add your Google My Business link. If you have a Service-Area business, we'll ask that you copy and paste the URL that directly links to "Write A Review" for your business profile.
Step 3 of 3: Listings
Once your location is selected, we will find your other listings.
After your listings are set up, you will be directed to the funnel to start gathering reviews.
